Dear 2013,
I let you the tears.
I let you sleepless nights.
I let you the fear and anxiety.
I let you the defeats and disappointments.
I let you the anger and pain.
I let you the sadness.
I let you the words never said and the explanations never received.
I let you the people lost on the way.
I let you 1000 errors.
But I bring forth the smiles,
the courage,
the strength,
the hugs,
the travel,
the true friends.
I take away the memories (good ones),
the kisses,
the caresses,
the eyes that shine,
the victories,
the music,
the cheerfulness.
And take away myself that, once again, won!
You, dear 2013, die here. I continue to LIVE.
