Physical activity, without a doubt, plays an important role in ensuring good health. Moving every day has positive effects on physical and mental health of the person, and then you know, a healthy and regular exercise combined with a balanced diet, both qualitatively and quantitatively, helps to maintain (or regain) a healthy weight.
With the arrival of warm weather and warmer temperatures, grows the desire to move outdoors, where spaces are expanding, increases the exchange of oxygen and improves the predisposition to physical effort because of a mental relaxation given by natural environment.
Moving in the green, surrounded by nature relaxes and makes positive.
ASUS ZenBook marks the rhythm of my movements and my feet, and keeps me company during daily workouts making me to rediscover my limits every time. Not a PC but a slight and dynamic laptop, harmonious design and easy to handle.
I lace up my sneakers, start the playlist, pull a deep breath and start my workout.

The walks in the places that I love, the sound of waves crashing on the rocks, this song I start singing as soon as I see my beloved sea, and a happy princess.
Because nothing in the world makes me happier and peaceful!
I can leave my thoughts, my smiles, my eyes and in return I always fill my heart.
A "creature" like me, free and at times stormy, that you do not bottle but you can only love.

One day I sing (in yesterday's post I was singing "Baciami piccina"), today I quote Giacomo Leopardi. A resourceful Princess.. had you any doubt?! ;)
Friday I showed you the Lol bow bracelet (here), then here is how I decided to wear it.
A jeans, a white tank top, a maxi peach shirt and a pair of sneakers.
A simple look but, at the same time, sophisticated for a walk in the flower market.

Floral maxi dress

Between a phone call and another, the 10:00a.m coffee with a dear friend, what does the princess do in May? 

Blooms! 

I've already said in a previous post (here) that in spring the flowers bloom not only in the lawns, but also on blouses, skirts, dresses and accessories. And like a good fashionista could I miss the floral maxi dressf of the new collection M Milano? Of course not! 

Here I am then in a Flora Chic look, because even if life is not all roses, just a floral dress to give her a burst of joy and good mood!

July. The month in which I associate the summer, the month in which you can breathe the very air of holidays, the month of sunflowers (among my favorite flowers) and the sun splitting the stones, the best month of the year-long unfortunately ONLY 31 days, that the endless summer nights to have fun with friends (when there are no exams) and the month of my birthday! Oh yes, I am a little lion, but only when people do not make me angry ;)

A shower of pearls has dropped to bring fresh air, along with shoes and elegant details. For a casual look, but also very bon ton.
