23:45. The black cab in front of a house.
Wind, lightning and thunder that confuse the loud screams of a girl. A quarrel.
Broken bottles and slammed doors. A gunshot, muffled by the noise of thunder crashed nearby, then silence.

London-Heathrow. End of the line. Without asking the bill reached out to the taxi driver handing £50 and got out of the taxi, this time accelerating the pace.
He watched her disappear inside the airport, mingling among the mass.
Who was that woman? What was hiding? Who was hiding? What happened in that apartment?
  These are the questions that tormented him all night.
A new customer and a new race, this time directed at Brick Lane. He never imagined that in its place, until a few minutes before, was sitting a killer.

Girls be quiet,your princess is not crazy, and she's not even so bad (I would not even harm a fly, I swear!), but these shots, always made by the excellent Fabio Salmoirago, have something dark. When Fabio showed me the first picture, he said that it seemed the beginning of a thriller movie (can not blame him), so I let myself be inspired venturing into writing a yellow article ;)

Make a wish

Who said that to make a wish you're forced to wait for the right moment? Why only when the candles are extinguished or when you see a falling star? Or watching the sky in search of the North Star, or when you see the trail of an airplane or you find a four leaf clover. Why always having to wait for the moment?

And if I want to express now? Yes, now, at this moment. Who tells me that I can not do this or that will not come true?

We should make a wish every time we feel the need, always, no candles to blow out or magical nights spent with the upturned nose, then we should have a Professional like Fabio (www.salmoirago.it) able to capture it in its essence in its natural beauty. Perhaps in a dance of snowflakes...

A new Tartan

From Scotland with love, tartan, famous plaid fabric, confirms itself the star of the season, mixing and reinventing itself with new trends. 

And if fashion wants all us in the beautiful and mysterious Scotland, we just have to leave...oops... to play! 

Not to give into the mix, now granted, tartan-animalier, I decided to match my tartan dress with two trendy colors of this season: the red sangria and the famous burgundy.

Hello princesses! I'm back dressed in black! 

"Again? But then this is just a widow!" (you're thinking, right?) 

Come on, I will always be a merry widow, but this time is my ideal outfit. Dress with lace sleeves, a little doll, and the new girls get in my collection.

Fringe dress

One summer Friday evening. One of the many and a dress with fringe, the undisputed trend of this summer.
Black. Because, also with 30 °, I just can not say no to black.

Pink love

Pink, the color of sweetness. Only? 

Perceived as a metaphor for emotions, facts, feelings, pink ranges across time and cultures, becoming an obsession and a passion to the point of creating a slogan "Pink is the new black", thanks to the success of pink in every woman's wardrobe, or nearly so. 

There are those who love it for its suave attitude and those who just can not do it for its obvious associations to Barbie's style. 

The current revival of pastel colors, relocates pink not necessarily in a romantic atmosphere. Besides, who said that it is only the color of the princesses? ;)

Floral maxi dress

Between a phone call and another, the 10:00a.m coffee with a dear friend, what does the princess do in May? 

Blooms! 

I've already said in a previous post (here) that in spring the flowers bloom not only in the lawns, but also on blouses, skirts, dresses and accessories. And like a good fashionista could I miss the floral maxi dressf of the new collection M Milano? Of course not!

I'm more than you know

How many times have I heard these words...too many, really. And how many times I'll hear!

Looks can be deceiving, so they say and I say.

I am of the idea that a person must know the way down.

Only then you will be able to grasp the many facets.

I've always been seen as the classic "pussy" but then all they had to change his mind, replacing the label "pussy" with "nice pussy" ;)

Not to mention the times that I took bitch because of the "strong" character.

I'm not a person who sends them to say, I'm very honest and sincere and pretend sincerity.

 Lately to be honest, true is equivalent to being bitch.

For me there are no half-measures and half people. Or it's white or black.

I'm always strong and secure, trying each time to get the situation under control, in fact they also tell me that I convey security and stability (this is positive!).

But ... there is a but , there is always a but. People run away .

Why ?

Fear? Inadequacy? Inability to confront?

Someone like me will always remain indomitable, in continuous conflict with itself.

Someone like me do not promise anything, at most can say" I'm giving you my best , but I also take it back". Someone like me is likely to leave you howling in your face while the eyes ask you to stay. Someone like me has simply chosen. She has chosen not to wait for Charming Prince, but to be the warrior who fights and wins, who falls and rises again, crying at night and smiles during the day.

Someone like me send security. But basically this is what she asks. Because for someone like me it is not easy to entrust their live in the hands of someone regardless of the past and experiences . Why someone like me,  was born in this way.

I am so, give or take.

Yeah, maybe it's really effort have to deal with someone like me.

Indecision and crisis of "What shall I wear?" in an afternoon, one of many that do not know what you want, you do not know who you are, you do not know what to do. 

"I almost put my denim overalls"... after half an hour "no, a little black dress".

And then again, "No, today I want to show off the legs..go for a pair of jeans!" 

Jeans ok, and then? 

Here you turn on the light bulb! A shirt, but not the usual ... the man's shirt! 

Accessories and ... "ok, I can go!"

White Jumpsuit

A white jumpsuit and turquoise accessories for a look that screams "Summer waiting for you!" 

Comfortable, lightweight and perfect for the summer season are glamorous and elegant but also very versatile, so it can be worn on any occasion and with any accessory. 

Day with a flat sandal or wedges, evening, however, for a more formal occasion jeweled sandals or open toe décolleté are absolutely right and proper!!

And then you wake up one day and the impossible happens, I would not say a miracle, but something really weird. 

I wake up and the first words that I speak are "no heels today!" 

Imagine the astonishment of my mother feeling utter those words from one who, if she could, would go to sleep with the heel 12! 

Yes, a look with the usual chic soul but with the flats, gold like the rest of the details.

Optical dress

In vogue, optical print black & white back in the spring/summer 2014. 

A rich visual effects visionary theme with which you can play in a different way, even recreating the prints of primitive tribes. 

A taste a little retro for my trapeze dress surrounded by an atmosphere of "living room", sipping hot tea and flipping through magazines on the fashion of the past. 

Now, however, return to the present time. I finish my coffee and get ready (also psychologically) to face another busy week.

Pajama style

Carried on the catwalks from the greats like Prada, Celine and Stella McCartney, pajamas for men, elegant and refined, is back in the female wardrobe becoming a real trend: Pajama trend.
If in the past the pajamas were just a fad or a way to be comfortable, the designers have now reinterpreted this style to feed it to fashionistas .
Bright colors or pastel, silk or satin, floral or geometric patterns, is dressed in his pajamas très chic allure to become an alternative to the classic suit.
Pajamas, dressing gown or two-piece effect "I just got out of bed": call it what you like but keep an eye on because we will see it again.
This trend, however, is very difficult to wear. The misstep is always lurking at the risk of sounding really ready to go to sleep, so well groomed hair and makeup otherwise you will be considered as sleepwalkers who roam the streets ;)

Here are some tips if you , like me, wake up one morning and want to go out in my pajamas :
1) Make up: Make-up and hair must be impeccable. Nothing too time-consuming, it takes a lipstick lacquer color and a soft chignon: small details to make the outfit too casual more sophisticated.
2) Accessories: Everything that makes "homewear" is completely banned, so no ballerinas, sneakers and flip-flops. For the evening jeweled sandals or sculpture heels are perfect, while the day 's best to opt for pumps with high heels or wedges or trapeze rope .
3) Whole or broken?: I do not deny that the total look is for the most courageous fashion heroines (am I Wonder Woman?) that does not fear the judgment and proceed to head up showing off every trend of the season. For all other, more or less fearful, there is a middle ground that combine silk blouse with jeans: just take it and leave it stuck in front of a soft behind, floating .
